Frequently Asked Questions

Which product should I start with as a beginner? +

The parallettes are the perfect starting point. They immediately solve wrist pain during push-ups and L-sits, and they support your training from Day 1 all the way through to advanced skill progressions like handstands and planche work..

Is Gravlair equipment suitable for advanced athletes? +

Absolutely. Our equipment is used and verified by coaching athletes and competitors. Whether you're working your first pull-up or training your front lever, Gravlair is built to handle it.

Will the equipment wobble under load? +

No. Both our parallettes and static bar are built with stability as the priority. Our static bar uses a reinforced A-frame base structure, and our parallettes feature a wide anti-slip rubber base. Athletes have trained on them consistently for years with zero flex or wobble.

What exercises can I do with Gravlair equipment? +

With the parallettes — push-ups, L-sits, handstand progressions, planche leans, dips, and pike push-ups.

With the static bar — pull-ups, chin-ups, Australian pull-ups, front lever progressions, toes-to-bar, dead hangs, and muscle-up progressions.

How long will my order take to arrive? +

Singapore orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days. International orders vary by region — from 5–10 business days for Southeast Asia up to 14–30 business days for the rest of the world.
